The combination of proper monitoring, understanding the effects that high blood pressure has on the organs, and what methods can be used to bring it down and by how much were truly educational and enlightening. Some hypertension reduction methods were things I knew, I knew and forget, or (and by far the majority) were things I had no idea about. What an education! There are so many things that I took from this book and can immediately applied to my lifestyle. I decided to offer three takeaways from this reading a plan, and immediately implementing, and following through on Number one is to be mindful mindful of your breathing, mindful of your stress levels, and mindful of your surroundings. Number two it is truly up to us to be our own best advocate, and recognize things in our life, our diet and our daily movement that can help or hinder pressure rating. Also, the one thing that sticks in my mind more than anything is the Hawaiian prayer for healing and I quote. “I love you I’m sorry forgive me. Thank you.” These are all things that can be prayed for others but most importantly, for yourself great read great book so meaningful.
